A recent article from the Huffington Post caught my eye. This article has little to do with gaming, but for those who game and have a family it could be a healthy excercise. Especially since many gamers are night owls.
When my son was born I never slept. I spent late nights tending to him until 3 in the morning. It was a rough time for me, and I only recieved 3-4 hours of sleep a night. This made finding good work hard, keeping up with school assignments hard, and I wasn’t able to stay positive enough to stay motivated. But this article kind of opened up another perspective for me. Late night adventures, and exploration. Midnight snacks, and the thought of using this as bonding time with the family. I can see how this would have a good impact on a family’s health.
Tonight, I’m going to talk with my wife to see if this is something we could do. Thank you for posting this huffington post.
